With Gulf Coast Floor Covering, the labor division of our company, we are able to provide all the materials and services required to complete your job from start to finish. If you only need materials or if you have materials already and only need service, we are happy to be your Tile Source.
JOB PROFILE:
In addition to a full selection of services, Tile Source will create a Job Profile for your project. The Job Profile will contain information regarding all the materials used during your project. That means Tile Source will always have a record of the tile model number, color, size, grout color and layout for every room that tile is applied. The Job Profile allows Tile Source to assist you in matching any tile that may have eventually need repair or any new projects that require matching tile. The Job Profile is also available for your personal records at your request.
MEASUREMENTS:
When you buy tile from Tile Source we offer to send one of our estimators to your job site to take accurate measurements. No matter what size the project is we offer this service free of charge. Our team will make sure that we will place your order with the correct quantities for each area and help minimize waste.

DESIGN:
Tile Source will help you design your project by guiding you every step of the way. We will assist you in choosing the right size tiles, tile colors and grout color for you space. When you are remodeling your bath or kitchen we can also will help you with cabinet choices and counter tops.

DELIVERY:
We feel your purchase from Tile Source should be a completely satisfying experience. Once your order is placed we will make sure the materials arrive on time by staying in communication with our vendors and the shipping company. Once it arrives our staff will make sure the shipment is the correct grade, color and size that you ordered. We also inspect your order to ensure there are no broken tiles in the box before we deliver it to your door.

INSTALLATION:
If or when you need installation services Tile Source can provide our well trained installers who have years of experience working for us. All our installers are respectful and trustworthy. We manage and supervise the job from the beginning to end to ensure the layouts, tiles, etc. are according to the your expectations. We also maintain a clean work environment and are able to haul away our debris from the the job site.

FLOOR PREPARATION:
Tile Source can prep your sub floors so they are ready to receive your new tiles. This is an important step in assuring the installation outcome you desire. Our installers can glue and screw down the cement or hardy back board sub floor to ensure there is no gap between the original structure and sub floor. This will guarantee your floor is solid and will prevent any tile or grout cracks.

WALL PREPARATION:

Tile Source can prep your walls with cement boards or Durock as well as water proof screws. We apply mesh tape at every corner and seam to prevent water seeping through it which will help prevent grout cracks.

FLOOR HEATING:
Adding floor heating is a popular option, especially here in New England. Tile Source can provide the material and installation. We use Latricrete, a top industry brand, to help keep your feet warm for years to come. We will also install your provided heat matt and get it ready to receive the new floor tile.
